Sunlight Exothermic Welding  
Sunlight exothermic welding is a simple, efficient, high-quality metal joining way for connecting metal conductor,it don’t need any other external energy.Metals are fused under the high temperature caused by the alumino-thermic reaction to realize the high quality weld.The reaction occurs in the high temperature resistant graphite mould.In mormal conditions, more than 100 points can be welded in one mould and the reaction duration only takes a few seconds.

Features

  • The operation is safe and there is no need for professional skill or special protection, so it is ....quite easy with equipped tools.
  • There is no need for energy from outside, convenient carrying,high operating efficiency.
  • The connector uses metallic copper of high purity which has strong resistance to corrosion.
  • The connector connects through metallic bond and will not get loose.
  • The current carrying capacity of the connector is stronger than that of the wire.
  • The connector can bear strong impact of the surge current for several times.
